Hi, I’m Reagan

I started my “fitness” journey 8-9 years ago completely obsessed with losing weight and defined myself by the number I saw on the scales.

I use to binge eat, then restrict myself, it was a never ending merry go round of dieting, trying new “fad” diets. I was victim to the “skinny me tea’s” in the hope to lose body fat.
I used to think to lose weight you had to eat nothing but vegetables, brown rice and chicken for lunch and dinner which isn’t necessarily false, unless you like bland boring food, and I don’t know about you but I’m too obsessed with pizza, pasta and dessert to ever give that up.

The lessons I learnt from my own journey is the purpose behind RMBODIES.

I remember the day that tipped me over the edge…. as I stood on the scales in my bathroom and I saw a number that came up that shocked me. It was in that moment, I looked at myself in the mirror and for the first time I realised how I had let myself gain 24kgs without even realising.
I would wear extremely baggy things because I struggled with my body image and confidence. I had no idea when it came to training, my relationship with food was poor, I had no knowledge of nutrition and had a very poor mindset/mental health. I was the unhappiest I had ever been.

If you know me, you know I am a full advocate that every experience, person, situation, either good and especially the bad, come into your life to either shape you or push you to where you are meant to be.. so fast track 5 years to now, after I gained life experiences, qualifications in health & fitness, and personal experience in my right from wrongs on my fitness journey, I just knew in my soul that this was a feeling, I wanted other women to feel…. empowered, motivated, strong, capable and confident in their own skin, and within themselves.

My aim as a coach is to be that person, I wish I had back when I started my journey. Someone to guide me, to educate me, to motivate me and to help me grow which is exactly what I want to do for YOU!  

I have poured my heart and soul into RMBODIES, as I want to help women gain confidence, feel empowered, show you that your dreams are more than capable, build your relationship with food and training, as well as showing you the perfect world of finding a healthy balance.

I want to create a community that makes you feel a sense of belonging, feel safe, accepted, uplifted. A community that comes together to help one another and cheer each other on as we are all in this together. I am making it my mission to ensure you never question your worth like I use to.
